Refund & Return Policy

If you decide to cancel or return the order you can do it by letting us know by emailing us at sales@morsafesupplies.com or contact us by phone 01686 611 377 in the next 3 working days. If the order is already on its way, you need to contact us and to arrange a return.

In order to be returned the items need to be complete, unused and in the same condition as received, with its original box and in reasonable condition. Before you receive a refund, the products need to be received back and inspected.

A refund of the money will be made within 30 days of cancellation. If the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us, the goods must be returned at your cost.
